Glenn Armstrong has been made bankrupt in the High Court today.
His last ditch attempt to claim his father would pay the lead petitioner debt fell on deaf ears with the judge and she awarded the bankruptcy at 4.30pm - so this news hot off the press.
Mr. Armstrong has 21 days to appeal the decision.
